Terms & Conditions
These conditions apply to the use of this website (www.go-waterless.uk) and all of the distance selling activities of Go-Waterless Ltd, a private limited company registered in England (company registration number 04272933). By accessing this website and/or placing an order, either on-line or by telephone, you agree to be bound by these Conditions. Using this website indicates that you accept these conditions regardless of whether or not you place an order. If you do not accept these conditions, please do not use this website.
Ordering:
When you place an order with us, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt and despatch of your goods.
Delivery:
Indicated UK transit times are estimates from date of despatch. We do not guarantee delivery times. Despatch times may be affected due to circumstances outside of our control. These can include industrial action or delays due to adverse weather conditions, for which we are not be responsible.
Information & Pricing:
Prices shown are inclusive of VAT. Whilst we try and ensure that all information and prices are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error, we will inform you as soon as possible. You then have the option of replacing your order or cancelling it.
Payment & Payment Security:

Cancellation & Returns Policy:
If you decide you want to cancel your order before we have despatched it, all you need to do is notify us by e-mail. We will then cancel your order and issue you with a full refund for the cost of the products and any shipping charge. If you decide to cancel your order after we have despatched it, all you need to do is notify us by e-mail as soon as possible (and certainly no later than seven working days after the date of delivery). You must then return the products unused and at your own expense using an insured delivery service. You should also obtain proof of despatch in case of loss or damage en route to us. When we receive the products back we will cancel your order and issue you with a full refund for the cost of the products. Your right to cancel your order will end seven working days after the date of delivery. However, if you are not satisfied with the performance of any product within thirty days of this date, you should contact us for assistance. We will go over the usage instructions with you and ask you to try using the product again. If this does not remedy your dissatisfaction, you may then return the product to us at your own expense for a full refund of the cost of the product. You should use an insured delivery service and obtain proof of despatch in case of loss or damage en route to us.
